Personal Data
You can browse our site without having to submit personal information. We only collect Personal Data from you when you voluntarily provide such information (i.e. when you register as a host, book an experience, use certain services or contact us with inquiries). Personal Data may include, but is not limited to; e-mail address, passwords, telephone numbers, address, location, payment information, and other information that you provide to us. If you choose to provide us with Personal Data you consent to that information being transferred and stored.

We will only require the minimum personal information we need and use it only to provide the services you have requested.

When sending a message through our website MyLocalCulture may monitor these messages to ensure that you are properly served by our hosts and to ensure compliance with the Terms and Conditions of MyLocalCulture.

Aggregate information
When you interact with MyLocalCulture through the Site or Services, our servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website ("Log Data"). Such information, which is collected passively using various technologies cannot presently be used to specifically identify you. We may also gather Log Data about overall activities of visitors online such as a number of unique visitors and most frequent page visits. Information needed from users

When you want to use our services by either booking or hosting an experience, we need to share some information to make your experience happen and providing you with the best service.
When you add an experience through our listings, we may publish that experience publicly on our website and we may also publish this experience on social network sites or enable third parties to publish this on their website.
We also display the geographical location of the place where the experience starts or where the potential bookers meet with you in the form of a map so that they can see the location of this place.

When a booking is done, we will share the following information from the traveler to the host: (i) first and last name, and (ii) phone number.

After the booking is completed the Host can decide whether to confirm or reject the booking. When he or she confirms a booking we will share some of the Identify Information of the host with the traveler by email, including, but not limited to; first and last name, phone number, the location where the experience takes place, and the Host’s email address.
Under no circumstance is a Traveler’s Billing Information ever shared with a Host.

Third Parties

This site may contain links to other sites than our own and these sites may not follow the same privacy policies as MyLocalCulture. You should review and determine the privacy policies of other sites if you visit them by clicking on a link from our site.

MyLocalCulture does not share your personal information with third parties unless required to by a lawful request or if we believe that the health or safety of another person or the general public may be compromised if we do not.

Opting Out or Correcting Information
